Media Matters Confirms Don Giljum Saboteur Authenticity

The Soros lackeys at Media Matters attempted to debunk the claim that Communist Don Giljum is supporting and teaching the advocacy of Industrial Sabotage in a hit-job against talk-show host Dana Loesch last Friday (4/29).

Apparently, Media Matters was able to get their hands on the 18-30 hours of video that is being reviewed by the University of Missouri as they continue the meme that Breitbart, Loesch, and the Right Wing Nut Jobs took the whole discussion out of context.  St. Louis Tea Party has been demanding the release of the 18-30 hours of classroom video for public review, but that request has fallen on deaf ears… …unless, apparently, you are a Soros-funded hack media organization.

However, a fair read of the expanded text transcribed by Media Matters simply confirms that Don Giljum is promoting industrial sabotage!

According to Media Matters:

Here is how Team Breitbart presents remarks made by Don Giljum:

GILJUM: Because I think if you look at labor’s history over the years, you’ll find that, you know, we’ve had a very violent history with violent protests– [CUT]

GILJUM: …in certain instances, strategically played out, and for certain purposes, that industrial sabotage doesn’t have its place. I think it certainly does. But as far as — You know, and I can’t really honestly say that I’ve never wished, or have never been in a position, where I have haven’t wished real harm on somebody or inflicted any pain and suffering on some people–

STUDENT: We’re all human.

GILJUM: –who didn’t ask for it, but, you know, it certainly has its place.

Here are Giljum’s actual comments rejecting violence – the “not” that Team Breitbart “cut off though in the editing” is in bold:

GILJUM: I tend to agree with you, because I think if you look at labor’s history over the years, you’ll find that, you know, we’ve had a very violent history with violent protests and reaction to suppression. OK? But as time has changed, the tactics have changed, or the need for those have changed. OK?

Now, you know, that’s not to say that in certain instances, strategically played out and for certain purposes, that industrial sabotage doesn’t have its place. I think it certainly does. But as far as — You know, and I can’t really honestly say that I’ve never wished, or have never been in a position where I have haven’t wished real harm on somebody or inflicted any pain and suffering on some people–

STUDENT: We’re all human.

GILJUM: –who didn’t ask for it, but, you know, it certainly has its place. It certainly makes you feel a hell of a lot better sometimes, but beyond that I’m not sure as a tactic today, the type of violence or reaction to the violence we had back then would be called for here, and I think it would do more harm than good.

(emphasis by Media Matters)

Stunning. Media Matters seems to be able to tie words together into sentences, but when they CONFIRM that Don Giljum advocates violence and sabotage, they somehow lose the ability to comprehend the sentences’ meanings.

THIS, is the sentence where Giljum advocates sabotage:

“Now, you know, that’s not to say that in certain instances, strategically played out and for certain purposes, that industrial sabotage doesn’t have its place. I think it certainly does.”

If Breitbart or Loesch had said the same thing — replacing Industrial Sabotage with Union Hall Sabotage  — Media Matters would have suddenly been able to comprehend this meaning and attack her on those grounds.  But, not if it’s one of their favored nuts.

And, the most damning sentence from Giljum is the one Media Matters added at the end in their effort to claim that Breitbart and Loesch took his words out of context.

“It certainly makes you feel a hell of a lot better sometimes”

Under FBI questioning, you would hear, “Okay, Mr. Giljum, this sentence clearly confirms that you have engaged in industrial sabotage.  I want you to describe clearly those events…”

And the rest of that sentence simply says that if he thought the same tactics would work today, he’d be all for it.  Two words:  Insane!

Even more… …why they would try to exonerate someone who said the following astounds me?

“You know, and I can’t really honestly say that I’ve never wished, or have never been in a position where I have haven’t wished real harm on somebody or inflicted any pain and suffering on some people–“

A logical reading of that statement again confirms that he has “inflicted … pain and suffering on some people!  Read that sentence without the portion highlighted in blue.

Since the left is scrubbing like an old wash-maid this week, here is an image of the Media Matters review of his words:

Manager of Nuclear Power Workers Union Advocates Industrial Sabotage and Violence

Most Missourians have felt safe in the shadow of the nuclear power plant in Callaway County since its activation on December 19, 1984. Very little news comes out of the plant, and we count on our State and Federal governments to ensure its safety. Fear may have spiked in the days after the 9/11 attacks, but levels of concern have returned to normal as the State and NRC increased security at the plant.

What if I told you a sabotage-promoting self-avowed communist was the Business Manager for the Union that represents workers at the Callaway plant and all of Ameren UE in Missouri? Industrial Sabotage! Feel safe now?

Videos have come to light on Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government web site, via the St. Louis Tea Party site, and others documenting the involvement of Don Giljum and Judy Ancell in Labor Relations classes held at UMKC and UMSL. The videos highlight Giljum’s advocacy of Industrial Sabotage as a means of breaking management to the Union’s will:

“[They say] Industrial sabotage doesn’t have its place; I think it certainly does”

Don Giljum is the Business Manager for THE Union whose members work at Callaway. If Giljum is so willing to openly advocate Industrial Sabotage ON TAPE in a college classroom, are we to believe that he wouldn’t push for such sabotage with the Shop Steward at the Callaway Plant? (Giljum was directly involved in litigation between Joseph Wallendorf and Ameren UE and Callaway)

Are we going to allow Giljum to head up the next set of negotiations with Ameren UE in light of this revelation? What if MO voters don’t approve of the plan to add additional nuclear facilities to the site? Industrial Sabotage?

No. Ameren and the IUOE must remove Giljum from his current employment and any posts held with the union.  There is no room for Progressive Communist Saboteur Don Giljum at Missouri’s Nuclear Facility… …let alone near any electrical outlet!
